We are calling the group The Sound Avenue Stitchers in honor of the ladies who got together in the past in the homestead called the Sound Avenue Quilters. Most of them have passed on now, but their tradition of getting together to sew, share news and recipes and just commune with each other is something we all crave in this busy world. Let’s meet, talk about what we want from this group, what we want to achieve and how we can do so. Your only requirement will be membership to the museum at $35 per year (or whichever level you choose).
2025 is Hallockville’s 50th anniversary of the forming of the museum!
