Join local cook and Hallockville Community Gardener, Nancy Beauregard, for a morning in our historic Naugles Barn. In September, Nancy demonstrated her delicious Multi-Fruit Walnut Bread, which she was featured in Newsday with.
For this class, Nancy will teach students how to enhance traditional Grilled Cheese, with recipes like: tomato, onion, and cheddar with basil mayo on multi-grain bread and an apple, walnut, and brie with butter on multi-grain bread! In addition to cooking your own grilled cheese, Nancy will discuss other simple variations to change up the traditional homemade classic!
