Step back in time and experience the charm of a traditional North Fork country fair at our annual Country Fair, a beloved fall tradition. Held on our historic 28-acre preserved farm homestead, the fair celebrates Long Island’s rich agricultural heritage with two days of family-friendly activities, live entertainment, historical demonstrations, and old-fashioned fun. Visitors can explore historic buildings and exhibits, enjoy folk arts and craft demonstrations, browse handcrafted goods from local vendors, and take part in hands-on activities for children and adults alike.Our neighbors at the Long Island Antique Power Association offer blacksmithing and sawmill demonstrations, a train ride for children and more.
The Country Fair offers visitors of all ages the opportunity to experience the sights, sounds, and traditions of rural Long Island life while supporting Hallockville Museum Farm’s mission to preserve and share the region’s farming history.
