Established in 2000 by Kim Lawrence Humphrey (Guitar/Vocals) & Gregory Butler (Mandolin/Vocals) Free Grass Union bring a unique cosmic stew to the table that can be compared to no other. Joined by bluegrass musician Mitch Erdman (Upright Bass) the band is deeply rooted in Bluegrass, Folk & other forms of Americana music.  Free Grass Union are known for their incorporation of a wide array of other music styles:  Jazz, Funk, Ambient and Psychedelia to their jam infused live performances.
