CLASSES & WORKSHOPS

Hallockville Museum Farm has a not-for-profit educational mission of re-connecting the community to our shared agricultural heritage. One way we accomplish this is through educational programs, classes and workshops.

Participants of all ages and all skill levels can immerse themselves in traditional folk arts such as quilting and woodworking by taking a class, set in the inspiring setting of one of the museum’s historic buildings. Hallockville also offers a food preservation workshop series that celebrates the local bounty of the season and will instruct the home cook in time-honored techniques such as canning, drying and preserving. These are just some of the classes that we offer.
