Country Fair Vendors Information & Applications

Saturday, September 9 & Sunday, September 10, 2023

LOCATION
Hallockville Museum Farm, 6038 Sound Avenue, Riverhead, NY

TIME
10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, both days. Vendors must commit to an entire day.

BOOTH SIZE
10 x10 ft. Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, and pop-up tent.

SET-UP TIME
2:00 pm – 6:00 pm Friday
6:00 am – 9:30 am Saturday and Sunday (set-up must be completed prior to 9:30 AM)

FEE
$75 – Single Day, Farmers Market Vendor
$125 – Both Days, Farmers Market Vendor
$150 – Single Day, Craft Vendor
$225 – Both Days, Craft Vendor

PAYMENT
Credit card accepted online during application process. If you are not accepted as a vendor your application fee will be refunded.

DEADLINE
Applications will be received until August 19, 2023.
