Farmer’s Market Vendor Application Information
DATE: Saturday, September 17 and Sunday, September 18, 2022
LOCATION: Hallockville Museum Farm, 6038 Sound Avenue, Riverhead, NY
TIME: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on both days. Vendors must commit to an entire day.
BOOTH SIZE: 10×10. Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, and pop-up tent.
SET-UP TIME: 2:00 – 6:00pm Friday; 6:00 pm Friday; 6:00 am Saturday and Sunday
Saturday and Sunday set-up must be completed prior to 9:30 AM.
FEE: Single Day Farmers Market: $75 Both Days Farmers Market: $125
PAYMENT: Required in full upon application submission.
DEADLINE: Applications will be received until August 19, 2022.
Farmers Market merchandise is limited to locally grown, fresh food and beverage (non-alcoholic) items. Farmers Market vendors agree to participate in a scheduled 30-minute demonstration to educate guests about the creation of their product(s).
If your application does not include a website or social media page with photo examples of all products you plan to sell, please submit photographs of all products.
Accepted vendors will be required to provide proof of general and product liability coverage in the amount of $1 million. Hallockville, INC. will need to be named as Additional Insured on a Certificate of Insurance.
Proof of all necessary permits for products being sold will be required (e.g., Food, Managers, Certificate; 20C exemptions, farm winery permit, etc.).
Note that electricity will NOT be supplied to vendors. No generators are allowed.
Fees for accepted vendors are non-refundable. The Fair is a “rain or shine” event and will only be canceled in the event of severe weather. All vendor space assignment decisions are final. Hallockville is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
